Creating Triggered Segments
Note: Triggered segments are not available for the Silver package
Triggered segments are segments that contain one or more trigger clauses. These clauses identify a specific event or date that happens when the mailing is to be sent.
To create a trigger segment click on “Segments”.
Click on “Create New Triggered Segment.
Click the insert trigger button. This opens the Segment: Insert Trigger page, which is divided into tabs. These are arranged to easily access the desired trigger type. Click on the links below for detailed information on the various trigger types:
On the “Insert Trigger” screen, select a tab and then set the options for the trigger.
