The state of Michigan has enacted a “stay at home” order effective March 23, 2020, at 11 a.m. to curb the spread of COVID-19.  Under this order, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer mandates that all Michigan residents stay in their homes except as needed to maintain continuity of operations in 16 specific critical infrastructure sectors. One of those critical infrastructure sectors, as defined by the Homeland Security, Presidential Policy Directive 21 and the State of Michigan, is the information technology sector,
