How Our Message Pricing Works

What Is a Message? A message is one email sent to one subscriber.

For example:

• Send one newsletter to 100 subscribers = 100 messages

• Send one newsletter to 500 subscribers = 500 messages

Included Monthly Messages Each plan includes a number of messages based on a standard email size of up to 40K.

Larger Emails: If an email is larger than 40K, it counts as more than one message.

Examples:

• 40K email = 1 message

• 50K email = 1.25 messages

• 80K email = 2 messages

Additional Charges: After your included messages are used, additional messages cost $0.90 per 1,000 messages. ($1.14 per 1000 messages)
